We bought a house with an unfinished basement. Although the basement had a typical stove and kettle, there was no running water. Although I usually shower when I get dirty from gardening and the like, I've always had a sink in the basement to wash my brushes, golf clubs, and other such things. I bought this sink and it's great. Arrived very quickly, well packaged in a thick cardboard box. The assembly instructions were easy to follow and you get everything you need for a full sink complete with faucet, sprayer and all drain piping. The hardest part of assembly is attaching the legs. They have to be hammered into place and it takes a bit of muscle power. However, it is extremely durable and each leg has an adjustment for proper alignment in case the ground is uneven where you want it. Overall, I find the price-performance ratio very good for the intended purpose.
