Looks great, doesn't tell time

We bought this clock because it is weatherproof and can be hung in a high humidity bathroom. I worked for a month and a half, then I started wasting time. We reset it and it worked for a couple of weeks but then it started losing time again. They are less than 3 months old and we need to buy a new watch. The hands don't move, but we can hear the engine running, which means it's the gearbox. I didn't know I had support until the end of January, otherwise I would have asked for a replacement. I will buy another one hoping it was an anomaly. If he kept the time that would be great.
