We've had them for about a month. I have it hanging on a vinyl wall behind my house. It is in no way protected from the elements. A tropical storm hit the weekend and it rained for over 12 hours straight. The clock works great. We have this to see times while using the pool. Our pool is about 50 feet from the house and the clock face and numbers are large enough to be easily read from a distance. I received this clock to replace a similar one that has been sitting on my porch for about 20 years. These (like the old ones) require an "AA" and are fairly easy to find.
