I received this in October 2020, changed a set of batteries, it worked as it should. Literally two days ago it stopped working, no hits or injuries to the donor. Tested with a new set of batteries but it doesn't work. No light or motion detection. Don't waste money, just insert a regular hand mold dispenser and refill the bottle. No response from seller on warranty. Update: I bought three of these, two for the bathrooms and one for the kitchen. Now the second has failed without warning. Save money and buy something better and cheaper. The warranty still has one year left, but that is false advertising for a warranty.
