Great for home workout.

Great bands for exercising, never roll up and very comfortable ankle straps. Nylon coverings on strap make it safe for use. Go through the workout guide to learn more about the different workouts. Very handy, will recommend to all.

Not disappointed one bit. Even bought my nephew some.

Cons

The bands may slip or roll during certain movements, causing discomfort or irritation

I have tried several sets like this and i really like this one. Has a great array of resistance options as well as all attachments needed for different workouts for a good price.
