So my husband bought this rice cooker in February.

So my husband bought this rice cooker in February. He's only used it a few times. Today the lid cracked in his hands when he took it off the stove. ALL DIRECTIONS HAVE BEEN COMPLETED. I ONLY USED THE LID ON THE RICE COOKER. Now we wait with the support service
