Doesn't stop blinking

Before installation when I plugged it in. When the truck is stationary or moving, the headlights will not stop flashing unless the brakes or signals are used. There are also no white reverse lights. It's light and easy to install. Wouldn't buy it again. There is a video but it is not currently uploading
