The ability to see trends over time is great for our organization! We can easily create reports that show us what we need at any given moment without having to constantly rerun them or have someone else do it for you (which was always an issue with other systems). I wish there were more options available when creating new dashboards/reports as some are very limited compared to others out there like Tableau Software's offering. If your looking for something simple but powerful than this might be just right for you. Tracking employee performance across multiple departments within my current employer has been made much easier by using idreport software.
