Exactly what I was looking for

I don't trust my dog without a leash and my yard isn't fenced in, but I want him to be able to run around without worrying. I wanted something that she could wear, something that would be easier for her to hold on to if something happened, and that's what it is. It's very light for its length, still looks new despite being dragged around the garden a lot, and I can still attach it to something if I want to. I will definitely buy it again if something happens to it.
