The topper is well made, the case it came in is CUTE! I think it's quite warm, but I don't get "hot" so no problem. Another thing I'm working on is the crease down the center when it comes out of the box. Trust me I'm wondering how the heck they managed to get a king size topper in a small box like they do. but I still feel like I'm being leaned towards or away from the middle of the bed. I have to remember to lie in the middle of the bed and try to work it out. I can't see when the bed is made/or unmade, but I can feel it. That's not a big problem either. I like the topper and I would buy it again!
