I started taking 1 tablet 3 times a day for 3 days and then increased the dose to 2 tablets 3 times a day. They are a bit big but easy to swallow. In the first week I took them, the first thing I noticed was a decrease in appetite and belching, which usually occurs some time after taking the pills. Also, I didn't exercise for the first week, and although my appetite decreased when I ate, I made poor dietary choices. Junk food, fast food, etc. When I weighed myself after this week, I didn't gain or lose weight :-/. I knew I had to make changes to see changes because these aren't magic pills that will help you lose weight if you don't change your lifestyle. So I cut calories (e.g. 1000 calories and started counting calories), threw out the bad ones and bought good healthy food and started exercising every day (I only did Pinterest home workouts but made sure they were at least 30 minutes long). . . ). . I made the switch in my second week with CLA. With my new diet, workout, and CLA, I lost 4 pounds after the second week! I went from 158.6 pounds to 154.2 pounds. I knew the weight loss was due to the CLA because a few months before I started using this CLA I didn't eat at all but followed the same diet as above and exercised every day 2 weeks in a row but lost 3-4 Pound. Don't get me wrong, it was good, but I wanted a bigger boost in my weight loss journey. I stumbled across this one, read the reviews and bought it. My goal is to lose 25 pounds without a specific date. I plan to continue using them until I reach my goal and then go back to my normal diet and exercise routine. I have already mentioned that in the second week of using CLA I have been training every day and I plan to do this until December 31st, after which I will reduce the training amount to 3-4 times a week. I plan to continue using diet, exercise, and CLA until I reach my goal, and once I reach my goal I will update the weight loss time frame.
