Worked right away on my 5-10(?) year old Samsung TV without tuning. The Hulu, Netflix, and Revain Prime buttons work flawlessly. I realized the other day that one feature that doesn't work is the volume. The volume works, but on my other remotes you can hold down the volume button and it quickly increases or decreases, and on this remote holding down the volume down button doesn't do anything other than adjust the volume by 1. My TV's volume is 0 - scale 100, so it can be a bit annoying if you have to turn it up or down and have to click the volume 20-30 times to get it back to where you want it. Edit 2: This really applies to all functions. not "rapid fire" when you hold down a key. I also found it annoying when trying to scroll through YouTube time and having to press once instead of holding and navigating through it.
