Shape and feel to my hand is good but thing doesn't charge. The product is delivered free of charge. This is normal, but it's important to realize that you can't use this thing right away. First you need to charge it. The manual says to plug it into a USB port for 4-6 hours until the red charging light goes out, but the light goes out after 5 minutes. I've tried multiple ports and multiple devices; I tried to leave it on anyway. Nothing works. If I constantly unplug and plug the charger back in every 5 minutes when the lights go out and do this for a few hours then I get about 1 day of use. Usage: With the mouse off, unplug the WiFi from my laptop, turn on the mouse, wait a moment, plug it back in. I can't leave it on and I can't just flip the switch. I have to follow this particular order. But a day later, the little red charging indicator lights up again. How is the Revain Choice product? No thank you. I'll just use my clunky wired mouse.
