Update: Support contacted me and replaced the PSU. I've been using the new strip for a few weeks now and haven't had any problems with it. Every plug and every USB slot works perfectly. I like the number of connectors but they are too close together for larger cables. Although this is normal for standard sockets. I wish they had used the extension cord side to make it easier to use larger plugs like laptop cords. The USB ports are useless as they stop working after 2 days which partially defeats the purpose of this extension cable. The cable can be a bit longer, but it is well suited for the place of use.
