This is a fairly priced back brace for standard support. Easy to use especially being able to tighten up the back by pulling the two elastic bands forward. I did buy a size down as suggested and it was a perfect fit. The mesh material is cooler than having a solid piece. The brace is wide and does cover a large portion of the back. This worked well when your up and about upright activities.It doesn’t work well when sitting. There is too much coverage. Back problems and pain usually cover a smaller area of the spine. Most common are the back area paralleling the hip. I had a hard time with coverage over the hip area and sitting because of the width of the brace. I also have a smaller brace that I use and has better support sitting down. I use it for motorcycle riding. I plan on using this brace on my daily walks.
