Paint by Numbers is new to me. I have been doing projects during the closure. I discovered myself that two water tanks made the brushes cleaner, I had two coffee cups. Then I found this single bin with two chambers and a couple of holes on the sides to hold the brushes (mine were scattered across the TV stand). And one chamber has a ribbed, submerged platform, which I found very handy for starting the cleaning process. I carefully run the bristles over the combs. Then I switch to the other side with clean water and rinse the brush. This combination does a good job. I added a few more holes on one side to hold more brushes. I needed more holes with a larger diameter since most of my brushes are larger diameter. So in the picture you can see the holes that have been added to the edge on the other side. Cleaning flooded combs takes some effort as all the paint settles in this chamber. Love the top that you can use to keep the water from evaporating during your break (not shown in my photo). The top fits well under the camera when open, is very compact and has a nice design.
