Firstly, the product arrived in an opened package, so it is obvious that it was a return from the buyer. The slice thickness adjustment screw could not be tightened enough and the roller could easily be knocked out of adjustment. Also, the coil doesn't stay parallel to the wire, so you're always cutting wedges. The cutting wire was very thick and considerable force was required to cut it. The wire also dangled and did not study. That thing sucks! All positive reviews must come from the company selling it here trying to make this piece of junk look pretty. I threw it straight into the trash can. I had to buy one at Walmart for $3 and had a tool that would last 20 years.
