Early failure of ball joints

I made the mistake of interpreting this list of ball joints as Spicer brand ball joints. There was none (my fault). I installed these tops and bottoms 7 months ago and the boots are all dry, rotten and split. They are properly lubricated and tightened to specification. Now I'm again faced with replacing all four ball joints with a reputable brand.
