I am a safety manager in nursing homes. The New York City Department of Health has ordered guards to wear visors along with other personal protective equipment. The nursing home provides visors, but the guards complain that the ones they are given (headband or otherwise) cause headaches, don't fit, and don't break. I decided to use my own money and try these out. I have given them to several guards and they love them. Now this item is worn by every security officer in the state. It is very easy to put together and covers the face from the hairline to the chin. They wear them like glasses and I'm told they are actually a bit stylish. Since my first order I have bought them 3 more times. If it makes my employees happy and protects them, I have no problem paying them out of my own pocket.
