I really wanted this to work. The price is really great! Probably too good to be true. And after my first serving of juice (apple, beetroot, carrot, celery, and watercress) I can say it's juice and the juice tastes good. But that's where the good times end. I'm giving those two points because if you really can't afford a more expensive juicer, you might want to make it work. In the long run, you might just want to stop juicing. When I took it apart to wash it I found it very difficult to remove the pulp separator that holds the cutter/filter. I put it back, not easy. But after that he got better. However, once he made his juice, it became more durable. So it was VERY hard to figure out. And did I say I had beetroot juice? Do I have to say more about that? 2. Let's get back to beets. When the juice got into the juice container, it also splattered all over the kitchen. And I said I had RED beetroot juice?3. Then there is watercress. Some of them are actually juice, but many of the whole leaves flew into the pulp container in a hurricane. Yes, I really wanted it to work, but I'm returning it and buying a Breville. Do you think I know because I love my Vita Mix that you get what you pay for and $40 just can't buy a decent juicer unless you buy it used from someone who moves across the ocean and can't take him with me.
