The best part of this platform is that it can be used for both B2B as well as B2C campaigns. It has multiple integrations with other platforms like Salesforce, Google Analytics etc which makes it very useful in terms of data collection & reporting. I have seen some minor glitches but nothing too serious. If you are looking to integrate CRM systems or any third party system then this may not suit your needs. We use this tool mainly for lead management. This helps us manage leads within our sales pipeline.
