Before I start I want to say that I haven't had many chairs in my life so I can't say if this is the best or worst chair I've ever had Ever had, but in the 6 months or so that I've owned it I can say it's definitely not worth the money to start with. In the first 2 months that I owned it, the pillow was already starting to sink and felt so uncomfortable that I had to put a pillow on the pillow to sit comfortably in the chair. I don't use it much, say about 1-4 hours 5-6 days a week, and I don't weigh much either, about 170 pounds at a height of 5ft 9in. Also just today, a few hours before writing this review, my right hand was clicking on the chair as I locked myself in the chair and trying to get comfortable as I sat down. I wasn't really putting much weight on my right hand when it clicked out of nowhere like nothing happened, it clicked so light and fast I almost jumped out with a jerk, uh! The screws weren't very tight and I said they fit snugly, making the right hand pretty solid. Not sure why it broke, I think I put too much weight on it but I feel like it actually didn't, but I'm not sure it's worth the money anyway is, imho
