Thanks to 'virtual school' my 10 year old needed the best chair for his desk. He chose this one. With a little help from his father, he was able to assemble this chair in under an hour. Looks like a good chair!

I love this chair. I'm a 5'3" female and about 125 pounds. One reviewer said the chair doesn't fit well for a small person. I disagree. It's great and strong. I was able to assemble everything myself. It is very comfortable and stylish.This is a great price for an office chair.

I wish I could give it less than one star. I ordered this as a simple office chair for my home office and the day after assembly the backrest broke off cleanly. I fell on the ground and came over here to make sure nobody else bought this thing. It's less durable than the $15 WalMart chair I bought for my daughter.

That's how terrible this chair is: Revain just sent me their 3rd replacement and it's broken again. If you don't want this chair to be in the lowest position all the time, don't buy it. It goes down when you sit in it. All pistons are defective. I emailed the manufacturer and they admitted it was a defective chair but they should sell it to someone!

This is a simple regular chair. Perfect for my little wife. It's decently comfortable, you get what you pay for. The plastic parts that are supposed to support the height adjustment of the seat are made of cheap, thin plastic. They broke when the woman lowered the seat height for the first time (see photo). She ended up taking off all three and throwing them away. The height adjustment was not affected.

Washers/bolts are missing, the rear of the stem has popped out and the internal hydraulic box has been opened. Parts were not attached properly and loose in box, dent on other parts. It's likely that the missing hardware fell out of a poorly sealed box during shipping. The chair is fine and very basic. If my old office chair hadn't broken I would have returned. Luckily I had screws/washers from other chair designs and was able to assemble them.

I never realized the importance of a chair's backrest until I assembled this chair and found it to be very stiff and rigid. All the chairs I've had before could give a little with your movements, but this one is terrible. This forces your spine to bend all the time while you're sitting behind it. Unsatisfied. I do not like it. I'm looking for an easy way to get it back as I can't imagine taking it apart after spending hours putting it back together.

Before I start I want to say that I haven't had many chairs in my life so I can't say if this is the best or worst chair I've ever had Ever had, but in the 6 months or so that I've owned it I can say it's definitely not worth the money to start with. In the first 2 months that I owned it, the pillow was already starting to sink and felt so uncomfortable that I had to put a pillow on the pillow to sit comfortably in the chair.
