The old emblem is attached to the radiator grille, this is screwed on. The holes don't line up, but that's an easy fix using a dremel to cut some small holes in the plastic grid for the screws and washers. You just need to make sure the screw holes are perfectly aligned, otherwise the emblem will come out crooked. Also, the original bow ties are plastic, but this one is metal, which I really like. Overall, it looks REALLY great, especially when it's all black and rimless.
