Once installed, never again.

I used to have an old model of this mount that worked great but I lost it somewhere so I bought this one. For some reason they changed the suction cup in this version and once you remove/replace it it no longer sticks to the windshield. I've used it for rental cars when I'm traveling. Everything went great with the first car. Stuck in the second car for a day and never again.
