I’m not into yoga, aromatherapy or any of that I just thought that the smoke was cool and the potential scents would have been nice around my house, it did smoke as advertised but a lot of it also just went up into the air, I had no ac or fans running so that was a disappointment and I could smell some of the scents but I smelled burning wood more then anything else and that’s not a smell I want in my house, I’ll still keep it and try using different incense sticks just to see what they are like, but very disappointed with this item and I don’t recommend purchasing it
