Well I just can't say enough good things about this knock sensor. It was a direct replacement for my previous knock sensor which has seen better days. This replacement has been beautifully packaged in a small box of exceptional quality, providing added protection from the knocks it was expected to endure during the perilous journey from Mexico where it was born. But the protection didn't end there, as it was neatly wrapped in airtight plastic to keep dust and a host of other possible infectious elements out of the box. The cadmium plating is the third level of lifetime protection in my engine compartment shells, protecting them from rust and spatter. While I expect it will stand the test of time, in its new condition it looks almost like a piece of jewelery reflecting a very high intrinsic value. If you are in need of a new knock sensor, please look no further. This mechanical beauty is also a work of art that even the most discerning knock sensor connoisseur will love. You will not be disappointed! I had to go back and deduct a star. It will only last a few years while the original lasted 9 years. I bought another one and it works fine but they should last longer. Still the best knock sensor I've ever bought because it's the only one I've ever bought! Haha
