This is one of the best power strips I have ever bought. I can't stand regular sized cords or surge protectors for areas where you need an extra outlet, just the cord won't do as most electrical devices won't provide enough chord unless you place the device close to the outlet. This is a small, very ingenious power strip. The ability to charge via USB is also a plus. The power protection is small and doesn't stand out like a larger power strip. I use it specifically for things like lamps and such. electrical items. I don't recommend this for items like computers, but it's great for computer accessories. The USB ports can deliver up to 5V, 3A, 15W, each port can support up to 2.4 amps. I highly recommend this product. I personally have bought 5 of these so far. So again, if you don't like a bigger extension, this is a great solution.
