I don't know what the problem with this product is for some people. The fabric is very thick and serves its purpose. I hand washed it when I received it, hung it to dry and then steam ironed it. It held together and didn't fray at the edges. The size is almost the same as before washing and ironing. Very large!. This fabric will replace the one I had for twenty years. You have to know how to deal with them. (The sock with the rolling pin also needs to be floured. I don't think it will last that long, but you can buy it separately.)
