This system is installed and working as described. I didn't have a separate tank/compressor mount. But that wasn't a problem. The instructions were good and the length of the catenary sufficient. Installation didn't take long, a few hours. I would describe myself as an "experienced hobby mechanic”. I connected the compressor to one of the switches in the cockpit to make it easier to turn on. The fuse on the retrofit switch is smaller than the controller, but that's not a problem. Now I can turn the whole system on and off whenever I want. I installed the gauge and pressure regulator under the steering wheel and moved it slightly to the right so I could see and adjust the airbag pressure while driving. I installed a quick coupler on the rear bumper and used it to operate the air jack. and an impact wrench for changing trailer tires. This pushes the system to the limit, but I was able to remove 8 lug nuts before the air reservoir pressure dropped. Then I finished turning the nuts with 4-speed. It was fully loaded when I was ready to tighten the spare tire nuts. If you want to inflate a large tire make sure you have an inflator that snaps onto the tire's valve stem as this will take some time. This system is better suited for inflating tires than fully inflating a tire with very little or no pressure. Also, make sure your car's engine is running when the air compressor is running; The compressor runs faster. Make sure you have a sharp drill when drilling through the vehicle frame rail to install the compressor and tank.
