Review on Bingfu Dual Band VHF UHF Ham Radio Magnetic Base Antenna for Kenwood Wouxun BaoFeng BF-F8HP UV-5R UV-82 BF-888S Walkie Talkie by Michael Schafer

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Does what is listed on the audio and video accessories

I installed this antenna in the back center of my tundra and had a strong RF signal to nearby repeaters and anyone within 10 miles from site lines lots of green trees and a few small hills, drove 60 mph with no problems, it's made for UHF and VHF 6 meters, will likely have bad SWR, peel off paint, put a 3 meter sticker on a clean spot, then apply the antenna above. If you press it pretty hard on the pad, just two fingers pull the cord, you can hit the 8-watt Baofeng UV-5R Repeater at a distance of 30 miles or more. Make sure you got a ham radio license is against the ham radio bands law without paying and can get a FRS license for the whole family for $70 and you can use it on many gsmr channels you pay need, also there are 5 walkie talkie channels you can use although the power over them is a bit high all this information is on the web. Good luck, it's KL5GI 73.
