** 6/18/2021 - Still NO response to customer support email but HAS received a voicemail from someone in QA about 2 weeks ago ie a month after my complaint. So I'll call her back immediately. left a message with my mobile number and ZERO will call you back. NOW the product is again unavailable at Revain. Also, keep in mind that their own website acknowledges that they had "ingredient consistency" issues. I honestly don't know how they got popular but I'm sure their reviews were 'stacked' for newbies like me [2 years ago] and I feel like they make the last 'handle' when they drown and/or choose their new name. . Stay away. ** This top is new, added 050221. Long story short, I ended up on SFH's PUSH for a number of reasons. 1) The new formula is "completely different” [cf. below] and I've tested it over 6 times separated by days and I get sick during the workout. Used to be - the bad taste and grainy texture ONLY made me feel bad at first [always good poop], then when I worked out 30 minutes later everything was fine. Unfortunately, the 'new' formula blends much better, still doesn't taste as great, but I'm starting to feel bad 'during' my workouts. Got my workout marker ON - and it's definitely PUSH. 2) SFH was "always" inconsistent with their formula mixes between sachets and DOES NOT REPLY to calls or emails on their company website. In general they have a terrible attitude towards customers. ... and that's a bad sign. 3) On the previous bag and on the "new formula" bag - I've researched the ingredients they "recognize" - and they misrepresent themselves as a healthy choice. Also, I think I've proven that they have poor quality control. The discrepancy in simplicity over the past year [I've used it for 18 months] is striking. 4) This may be crazy, but I think they're in "fan club money-heist mode" right now. They don't answer calls. END NEW EDIT ***PUSH has worked well for me [like everyone else] but having bought it 5 times now I've found that it's hard to see persistence. Every package I receive I open to release the suction, then close and shake/stir very well. ONE bag I've been hyper and itchy [in a good way] all month, THE NEXT bag has upset my stomach almost every time, MANY times the taste has varied from one pack to the next - over the past year – so sometimes I go without. weeks between the bags. TODAY I received a packet of a completely different powder and it's PURPLE - and it's fruit punch - and was NEVER purple and/or dissolved like "sugar", very fine - so I'm afraid to drink it. BEWARE of this product - and they DO NOT offer customer service or answer any questions I've seen about Revain. a whole different color”, not "we changed this and that and made it $5 cheaper”. Big. It turned from pink, with residue and sticky, to a fine powder, with no residue and purple. Big change. Completely different taste. [Yes, I've been drinking.] I've called their customer service for advice and questions, so I'm curious to see if a real person calls me back. I'll let you know.
