I bought this coffee maker because of the good reviews and I am very happy about it. I used to buy Starbucks Breve Lattes a few times a week and the price got ridiculous [because I love them with half and extra espresso, they're about $6 each!]. Now I buy Starbucks decaf espresso beans for $14 a bag and they grind them really fine for me and I make lattes at home and they taste just like the $6 version and the bag lasts as long as 2 more than a week. I couldn't be happier. It took some experimentation to figure out the right proportions, but the fun part is that you can add flavors to the pot that blend with the cream or milk. I make my own version of Cinnamon Dolce Lattes by adding a drop of 1/2 cinnamon extract as well as some regular cinnamon powder and a sachet of natural sweetener. Delicious! And since I use H&H, that's my breakfast in the morning since I'm not ready to eat until noon anyway. I've also made hot chocolate with just a foaming agent and it came out perfect and it's easier than microwaving and stirring. Anyone who comes and tries one of my lattes can't believe I made it at home so quickly and easily - and I no longer feel guilty about enjoying a latte every day!
