I love this little coffee/latte maker. I make coffee in it every day. I add sugar, a spoonful of collagen powder, and some water to a carafe, and the hot coffee and torsion stick mix perfectly. This latte machine is very easy to use! I've already saved enough money by not taking my latte to the coffee shop, so it paid off twice. It is ready to use. It's also easy to clean. I buy four cup filters from the dollar store and they work just as well as the four that came with the kit. I bought these in February 2016. I use it 5 times a week to make chai lattes with tazo mix and milk (I didn't use the coffee part). It heats up and foams in about 4 minutes. I've read other reviews complaining about the cost of replacing the carafe and how easily it breaks. It is no easier to break than other glass carafes. I bought this coffee maker because of the good reviews and I am very happy about it. I used to buy Starbucks Breve Lattes a few times a week and the price got ridiculous [because I love them with half and extra espresso, they're about $6 each!].
