I'm in love! I just ate the most amazing Pumpkin Spiced Latte ever! The recipe was one of many that came with the car. It's easy to use. Simply fill a 4-cup paper filter (or permanent filter if you prefer) with ground espresso or tea bags. Add 4 or 8 ounces of water depending on whether you want one or two servings. Then add milk, sweetener and flavorings to the carafe. The bottom of the decanter is inserted. Set the switch to latte or heat and foam. Push the front lever to lock and start. The base begins to heat the milk and the frother begins to beat a pleasant froth while the coffee or tea is brewing in the carafe. It turns off automatically when the milk has reached the right temperature. Simply push the front lever up to unlock the carafe so it can be removed. Now you have the perfect latte, ready to enjoy! You can also use the heat and foam function to make hot chocolate. I get the best foam with my organic skimmed milk. Almond milk does not foam well. To clean, I use a kitchen sponge with a drop of Dawn to wipe out the carafe. A quick rinse of this and the foam nozzle and you're done cleaning. The best gift I've ever bought myself as a raccoon! :)
