Small and easy to use, but lacks precision.
The device is small and compact, but the accuracy leaves a lot to be desired. This gives you a fairly accurate depth reading and then divides the depth into 10 small blocks on the side to show where the fish or your bait is. It lacks definition to be used effectively when ice fishing as you can't tell if a sonar hit is your bait or fish. The battery life is pretty good, I used it for a total of 12 hours on lithium batteries and it still works. I'm going to try it on a kayak this summer, maybe it'll work better there.
