Disappointed with anniversary rings

Bought this ring to replace my real one, very similar to this ring. Shipping took forever but I was happy with how it looked when it finally arrived. After 3 weeks of wearing, the middle diamond came loose. (I have the same problem with my real ring. That's why I bought this one). Tried tightening it myself. I barely squeezed the tongs and the stone cracked. I definitely won't buy one for 50€ again.
