For proper cooling, the cooler cards must work actively, due to which they will presumably fail faster. From my own advice, if the noise annoys you, then it is better to choose cards with 2 or 3 coolers, but larger. I regretted that I took it, noise matters to me. With its pros: 1) One 8 pin additional power supply, which is convenient for connection, unlike the bulk of full-fledged 1070 cards of which 8 + 6. 2) Perhaps the size, or rather the width of the card. Someone will be comfortable with the installation. 3) Gigabyte - perhaps this is a guarantee of reliability, I don’t know yet. 4) It is heated in principle as well as the rest of the 1070 in this price category.
