I like how easy this product solved our current issues of not knowing where any user has been within certain applications as well being able see who can access my documents without even opening them up first! There doesn't seem there are anything that we dislike other than maybe an update would be great because sometimes when you refresh it takes awhile so if someone opens your file they might get locked out before everything loads but i don;t know why their site just lags like some times so thats what makes me nervous about using such software for clients' or users files with us since its super important information! I like how easy it is, you can easily set up rules for any type of content and have them trigger different actions and notifications depending on the type of content. It would be great if there were more options for customizing what happens with the alerts. I use this product to help manage our GDPR compliance. This has helped us stay compliant by automating processes that would otherwise take too long and not always result in positive outcomes.
