Review on 🧳 CCW WMB 220 Fixed Retractable Barrier Case by Greg Roberts

In 2019 my 89 year old mother suddenly went blind and entered a nursing home program. She has quite a small room but she will still get lost trying to find the bathroom from her bed. The staff came up with the idea of installing this barrier from their bed to the bathroom door. You put it up at night and take it away during the day. This gives her some independence and works like a charm! This is the second unit we had to order because the first had a broken retractor after 14 months of use (probably too many different employees used it at their facility). Both times I had to contact the company for help with the installation as I couldn't figure out how to remove the case to get at the screws. However, both times the response was prompt and included photos, but I deducted a star for lack of instructions. It is easy to install and easy to use.
