Broke, no warranty / contact from supplier

This hammock broke as soon as my friend and I sat on it. Our combined weight is less than 400 pounds, which is less than the weight limit. I tried reaching out to the seller twice regarding any applicable warranty and none existed. Note that they don't guarantee what they advertise.

Pros

It's quite nice - both my mum (130lb) and I (115lb) sat on the hammock and it was fine.

Cons

Difficult to assemble
