Review on 💧 BONECO Aqua Pro 2-in-1 Humidifier Filter A250 - Efficient White Filter for Ultimate Indoor Comfort by Eric Graves

Worked great for a year. We only used distilled water to avoid mineral deposits from hard well water. We would like. Then, a year later, when we replaced the Boneco water filter, it didn't work at all! We followed all the instructions by running water into the filter for 2 minutes prior to installation, but the red 'no water' light came on even though the filter was completely filled with distilled water. It didn't work at all! I don't know if the filter was defective or if the humidifier just failed. Couldn't get it to work at all. Then we foolishly bought another Boneco, the same model, and got it yesterday and it doesn't work from the start! Same, the red light came on even though the filter was soaked for 2 minutes and the tank was full. We have to return it. It's a great design, easy to fill and use, and does the job of humidifying the bedroom air, but either it has a serious mechanical problem or there's something wrong with the Boneco filters. They should take it off the market and fix it. I cannot recommend this product at all.
