Review on Woods L1706 Vandal Resistant Security Light: Ceiling Mount, Silver (150W Incandescent Bulb) by Angela Lott

I have found that the price varies depending on who is selling and where you are buying them. Paid $17 for one and $13 for a second, exactly the same brand but from different sellers (I think). They are made of die-cast aluminum with suitable seals and are therefore explosion-proof. The glass ball is well made and the protective grille of the ball cap is heavy and well-proportioned. Overall the quality is very good, especially for the price. I bought the gray powder coated version and am very happy with it. I used these in my garage when I wired them up and added outlets (11) with amazing lighting last summer. These two units are powered by a single switch that provides adequate lighting with clear 75w bulbs for the right look, and I installed (2) more 8ft LED tubes on chain switches to help , when I need extra light for projects. I connected it via EMT to get a very industrial-commercial look. These lamps are the perfect addition to the project. I love them and am very glad I went with them. I am sending pictures to anyone who would like to see the installation. Conclusion: a damn good build! The price can only cheer.
