I am very upset, the product is no good.

1. Initially, the camera had a crease on the shutter (the shutter crumbled onto the matrix), to which I was told at the service center that this is normal, they cleaned the matrix and gave it away, then I wrote to Nikon service support, to which they answered me - this is normal, there are no problems see. After the third cleaning, the problem was recognized, how many frames were screwed up on a closed aperture due to shutter crumbs on the matrix . Well, okay, on. 2. In the summer of 2022, Nikon put my favorite lens on sale to this day, although I already shoot on other systems - Nikon 105 f1 / 4. Autofocus smeared simply on a cosmic scale, the percentage of barracks was 60-70%, it suffered for about 3 weeks, the problem was in the carcass. Fortunately fixed. 3. In November 2022, the control joystick broke. It's just trash, later Nikon's "specialists" claimed that I myself was to blame for everything . 4. In February 2022, the exposure control dial broke. They also told me later that it was my fault. Spare parts went to the service center 50 days 5. When shooting in light (well, very light snow), the camera got wet. The repair was not under warranty, I paid - about 40 days of waiting for spare parts. I want to say a special thank you to the Intellect - photo store in Hong Kong and its director. The guys got into the situation and helped me.

Pros
  • I bought the camera in October 2022, used it until March 2022. Further in order, I have something to say about it and about Nikon himself. The picture is on the level, good RAW, good Jpeg. Adequate management, everything in its place. Normal autofocus, not the best on the market at the moment, just good. The battery holds up well.
Cons
  • Camera quality. Service Nikon. Everything you need to know about my camera, it spent 117 days in service. Maybe I was just unlucky, I got an unsuccessful copy or a pre-production sample (I bought it at the start of sales). But this does not change the situation. Quality and reliability in the eye. When contacting Nikon with a question about replacing the camera with the same one, I was advised to be careful and were very surprised why the service center repaired all cases under warranty - they say it's all my fault. There was more than one such appeal. There were phone calls and official letters from Nikon that they did not see a problem. I am a "member" of Nikon Professional Services (NPS) - what did it give me in Hong Kong? Zero - absolutely nothing, there was not even a replacement camera, Nikon taught me to carry two cameras on the set. Then, already in the store where I bought this camera, they told me that they have a replacement, although the service center did not even know about it. Nikon employees boarded as best they could, this is probably normal, although I was offended, the case when I threw over 700 thousand into the system, and the companies don’t give a damn about you. I'll write in more detail below.
