Review on Lexol E300858000 Leather Conditioner Liter by Chris Horton

Formula changed

I haven't had to order Lexol in a long time. When I received it, I noticed that the company had changed and that it was made in China. I use this in my water when carving my leather goods. When I opened it, it flowed into my water like milk and the smell was more chemical than the oily smell you get from skin protectants like nettle oil. The new company has changed the formula significantly. I still had some of the old so I poured out the new and made another batch with what I had. I have no idea what I'll do with it or what I'll use in the future, but it's not the same anymore.

Pros
  • Easy to use: spray, rub, buff and wipe on any leather or vinyl surface
Cons
  • Cord is shorter than other picks
