Update: I haven't used these pillows in months as they are too hard and I feel stiff in the mornings. I do not recommend. I bought Plixio Cooling Pads because of the rave reviews and because I was looking for a solution to my neck problems. First thing I'll say is that they don't "cool" or stay cool at all; they get very hot. At the same time, they are very plastic and suitable for sleepers in any position. They don't stick like plasticine but are pretty stable when you sleep. And they're definitely supportive, though at times they have the feel of concrete memory foam. The cover is very nice, easy to clean, soft. It will definitely be good for cold winter nights. Finally I will comment on their expansion as I know I looked at them when I bought them: they have expanded very well for me after a lot of kneading and squeezing and leaving them in a warm sunny place. (because it's summer). There is a feeling that there are pieces in it that need to be broken. However, no matter how hard I try to squish one, the two pillows appear to be two different sizes, with one being much fuller than the other. In the end I was fine with this because I now have different comfort and support options, but keep in mind they may not be exactly the same. i think i will keep them.
