One Blade - Kitchen Utensils & Gadgets

Definitely not as described. It specifically states that there are two cutting blades allowing for two styles of cutting, but there is definitely only one. Also, I would use it for slicing biscuits and the zig zag on the edge of a blade doesn't have enough definition to show if it's used for pastries that have expansion after slicing.
