Danger - arcing started 6 months after installation!

When I first installed them the light output was great and I was planning to buy more to have 6 bulbs in the garage. I first had to install 4 more lamp holders to accommodate the extra headlights. Then while I was working on my car I heard an arcing noise which I attributed to one of the LED garage lights, 140w 18500 lumens garage lighting, 6000k daylight with deformable panels. As I got to the top of the stairs, the noise grew louder and I could distinctly smell something electric melting. I turned off the light and immediately removed the LED light. It turned out to be overheating as can be seen in the closeup of the screw at the base of the LED garage light. The 2nd photo shows the entire light assembly. Of course, Revain's return window has expired, but I wanted others to be aware of the danger this could pose. If I hadn't been in the garage when this happened it could have started a fire. Revain or the company that makes them need to replace or refund the cost of 2 lightbulbs I bought and can no longer rely on them being safe to use.
