Asked a question yesterday. You wonderful people replied and I bought and shipped it overnight. To be honest I don't do many reviews, if any. But it had to be done. I am a small woman and this fits like a glove. The velcro is strong and wraps easily around a 24 inch waist. It was easier for me to put it down lying on the floor. It gives me perfect posture so when I stand up the pain literally goes away. I feel, for lack of a better word, normal. No pain, no medication required today, and I can stretch and grab plates instead of using my stepladder. I feel like a new woman. And you don't really feel like there's anything about you, it's very supportive, very comfortable and the best thing I've ever been able to do for myself. A must buy for sciatica sufferers.
