I am a 44 year old male, 6ft tall, 300lbs. I have had hip dysplasia since childhood. I bought this cape on Monday, received it on Wednesday and wore it to work today (Thursday). WOW! I stand and walk a lot at work and am usually in excruciating pain at the end of the day. Not today. The bandage helped hold the hip in place and put pressure on the groin area, which is usually sore from hip dysplasia. Great product and even at my size (44 waist) I had no issues with the fit. After 3 days of trying it I found it works, fits well and I got to work. A few hours later I felt something hit my ankle. Your device somehow unraveled and dangled through the leg of my shorts. I haven't noticed any pain relief, but I've used Zen Gu Shui, Voltaren, and taken a tube of Bergarnica. I recommend this product. I had a sprain in my upper hamstring which I tried to cover with a first class bandage. That helped, but the bandage kept slipping off the area I needed to bandage.
